What are the workshops about?

Motivated Mum's goal is to empower and transform you to live a fun-loving, happy, healthy, harmonious balanced family life.

Sam realises the importance of mums' roles and their personal happiness, which is why she is passionate about helping mums to find their sparkle and true potential for themselves in this lifetime.

If you are a mum (of any age) who has lost herself or just need a boost to regain your sparkle so you can find that happy vibrant confident you again, please read on.

1/2 day and 1-day workshops: "BELIEVE IN YOURSELF" and "BALANCE YOURSELF"

Several mums have been asking Sam if she could provide workshops about self-belief and about to how to balance everything that mums have to do.
