Sam is also a Transformation Meditation Teacher, the meditation technique that is taught allows you to become consciously aware of yourself and learn what is important to you, which enables you to calm the mind and emotions and experience a state of peace and tranquillity.

We all think and have various thoughts in our mind, some thoughts help, some thoughts do not. Therefore, through the practice of meditation you can learn how to de-identify with irrational and destructive passing thoughts or beliefs which can cause you to feel stressed or anxious.

Ultimately, you will learn to take ownership for your thoughts and can choose which positive thoughts can be retained and which negative thoughts can be released, which will enable you to feel calm, relaxed and balanced with in yourself.

Meditation and Relaxation Classes

If you have never meditated or if you have tried and found it difficult to continue your practice, this course is for you. Mediation cannot be learned effectively from a book or a tape. It requires an experienced teacher who can guide you in your progress.
