As most of us know, changing old patterns and habits can be difficult, even when we recognise that they are disadvantaging us or holding us back.
That is what is so great about coaching, it works by encouraging people to find their own answers to their own problems, then – crucially – giving them the individual support they need to see their ideas through to fruition.

Coaching is usually done over the phone or face-to-face, both techniques are very effective. I generally coach clients weekly for either 35 minutes, 50 minutes or 1 hour sessions. If you choose to have a telephone coaching session, you arrange to phone the coach at a regular specified time.
All potential clients can have a (non-obligation) complimentary 20 minute introduction to coaching on the telephone.
If you feel comfortable working with me after the complimentary session and would like to pursue the coaching relationship, we discuss how you would like to be coached, what duration of coaching you require per month and you will be sent a Welcome pack. The pack includes some exercises for you to complete before the first coaching session to get an understanding of who you are and what you would like to achieve, enabling you to get the full benefit from the sessions.
The coaching is payable one month in advance. If you book your coaching several months in advance, discounts are available.
My client usually working with me for a minimum of 3 months, because this enables the change process to take effect. Generally, clients choose to be coached for between 3 months to 1 year, sometimes even longer. It is always up to the client to choose what you want to do.
Counseling is more remedial and concentrates on healing issues from the past, while life coaching works by helping clients to be more aware of who they are, what they would like and setting goals and actions to achieve them.
